He instilled an insistence on quality, so we select only A grade produce for clients and make sure everything is done right….just as he always wanted. We are an established, professional team with a passion for food. Our aim is for you and your guests to enjoy the function and food, with no worries about the events, bar and Cape Town catering services.

We are professional

We don’t leave the quality of our meat to others. We have our own established premises where we select and prepare our own meats chosen specifically for our spit braai. We choose, trim, flavour and slow cook our meats to ensure you enjoy the absolute best. We use A-grade Halaal and Kosher lamb. Whether your guests prefer their meat crispy, medium or well done, we can serve it just the way they like it.

Our mouth-watering braai menus and spit braai services can be as formal or informal as required. Our friendly and knowledgeable catering crew are always happy to give advice for your catering event.

Jake
Jake Montandon helped his father Monty with spit braais since he was 12 years old… and now has taken over the running of the business with the same insistence on quality. Jake is very hands on at spit braais and takes pride in delivering excellent services and top quality food.
