A spit braai is perfect to warm up your event. Guests gather and chat – attracted by the wonderful aromas. Conversation comes easily with a shared anticipation in the air.

Spit braai magic…

In 4 hours, piping hot, tender, juicy, and perfectly-cooked roasted meats emerge each and every time. We cook with gas, but can use an open fire if you prefer.

Serving is an event in itself…

We serve your guests, quickly and generously. We can supply plates and cutlery if you need them.

And we clear up…

We leave the venue as we found it. If we supply plates and cutlery, we take them away with us for cleaning. No washing-up at your venue.
